Proof of vaccination will be demonstrated using the BC vaccine card website in accordance with direction by the PHO or a COVID 19 Immunization Record.

Mask Mandate
- ACC requires all curlers, visitors, and staff to wear masks in all common areas including the lobby, pro shop, change/locker rooms, washrooms, and lower and upper lounges. When leaving your seat in the lounges, you must wear your mask.

- Curlers are permitted to remove their masks when seated in the lounges.

Cleaning Protocols
- ACC will maintain regular cleaning protocols, including enhanced disinfecting of high touch surfaces.
- ACC will provide hand sanitizers, wipes and access to soap and paper towels in the washrooms.
- ACC will provide access to hand sanitizers various places near the entrance and exit doors, in the lounges, and near the playing surfaces.
Curling Equipment
- ACC will provide rental equipment (brooms and sliders) to those who require them. Used brooms and sliders will be properly disinfected before re-use.
- Spray disinfectant will be provided on each sheet for teams to disinfect curling stone handles before use.
Change Rooms and Washrooms
- Men’s and Ladies’ change/locker rooms will re-open as normal for those who wish to use them. Masks are mandatory in these areas.
Lounge

Playing Guidelines
- No handshakes are permitted; instead give a friendly wave or broom tap.
Addendum 1
Junior Program
- In an amendment to the proof of vaccination order which went into effect on Sept. 13, 2021, te PHO will now allow an exemption for youths aged 21 and younger, as well as their coaches.
- The ACC Junior Program will follow the PHO order: “You don’t have to check proof of vaccination at events like indoor youth recreational sport for people 21 years or younger.”
- ACC requires that masks be worn at all times, on and off the ice, during the Junior program. This includes all coaches, athletes, and spectators.
Try Curling Days
- The Try Curling program is considered an adult program and as such must follow the ACC Return to Curling protocols. All participants and spectators 12+ must present proof of vaccination.
- If you have a youth under age 12 that would like to try curling for free, please contact us to arrange a separate opportunity.
- Participants must complete the necessary waiver forms.
We look forward to seeing you at the club!
