In 1975, plans were drawn up to construct a new 6-sheet curling club to replace the 3-sheet facility opened in 1957. The Grand Opening of the present Abbotsford Curling Club was January 8th, 1977.
We have hosted a number of competitive events over the years, and continue to hold many bonspiels and events throughout the season. These bonspiels and events range from Novice bonspiels for brand new curlers, to provincial and national competitive events.
Facility Rentals
Our facility offers 6 sheets of curling ice, lounge, and bar. In the curling off season (April to mid-September) the ice area is an unobstructed concrete dry floor area.
Pro Shop
We also offer a Pro Shop, where you can pick up new curling equipment, clothing, and gifts.
