SOBC-Abbotsford offers a curling program for those 11+ years with an intellectual disability. We teach stick and hack delivery, sweeping, team play, and game strategy.
All participants must be registered with SOBC-Abbotsford and agree to abide by all sport rules and policies of Special Olympics.
Curling is offered weekly1 (Thursday), starting October 12, 2023 and ending mid-March 2024.
- Novice/beginner curlers instruction/practice: 3:30 – 4:45 pm
- Competitive2 curlers instruction/practice: 4:00 – 5:30 pm
COST: $55.00 for the season (plus $20 annual registration fee)
